Noosa – A Decade on….by Lizzie Loel

20121117_BeAChilliHeadsIt’s hard to believe that it has been a decade since the first ever Noosa Food and Wine Festival but this year marks the 10th Annual event and it is shaping up to be the biggest and best yet.  International chefs confirmed this year include Carlo Cracco, Andre Chiang, Mauro Colagreco and Yoshihiro Narisawa.  Ben Shewry, Mark Best and Tetsuya Wakuda are also locked in among a myriad of Aussie talent and, closer to home, Pablo Tordesillas, Ryan Squires, Philip Johnson and the inimitable Matt Golinski will all be playing for Queensland over four actionpacked days and evenings.
